UCLA vs. USC

i need some help...i got into both usc and ucla engineering schools and for ucla i have listed my major as chemical engineering and usc im undeclared engineering...im from in-state so i have in-state tuition..i dont know wat to do since usc is pretty expensive compared to ucla even though money is not a major issue...i was just wondering

which school has a better undergraduate engineering school?

does ucla have a good chem engineering program and since usc has smaller class sizes, will i have more research opportunities as usc?

does usc viterbi school have a lot of students and are most of the classes small?

i have alot of questions but i hope someone can answer them and help me! thanks
