Oh it's a very well known school with decent rankings. The engineers coming from that school are respected for their license and power plant experience aboard the school's training ship. I know of several grads out the door who were hired by Con Edison as plant engineers, others went straight to seagoing careers, some even went to work in large nuke plants. Very good school with great salaries awaiting graduates.
My first job was within three months of graduation at $75,000 a year, and I was on the lower end compared to some of my friends.
