I want be like Elon Musk/ Tony Stark

Elon Musk is friggin awesome. I want to be exactly like him. Any suggestions?

In case you did not know the character of Tony Stark in the Iron Man movies was based on him (He even has a cameo in Iron man 2 where Tony Stark complements him on his merlin engine). I wish I was a millionaire playboy/sex machine/CEO/engineer.
How can I be one? My major is aerospace engineering. What do I need to do
(Do I have to go Ivy league?)?

    Obvious troll is obvious..

Ah hell. You probably need to be an insane mechanical, electrical, aerospace, and software engineer. Probably will take you about 10 years to learn enough stuff to be like him. Oh, and then business school, so tack on an additional two or so to be a CEO. Then if you wanna be a playboy.. well, that could take a lifetime.

I'm not a troll. I just really want to be like Elon Musk.
Perhaps if I double major in economics like Mr. Musk did?
Musk learnt all his stuff in 5 years in school. (He did self-teach himself programming though)

That's like asking for instructions on how to become a billionaire. You're not going to get anything of value.

I'm just looking for any suggestions. Would it be good to get a business background. Should I not go to grad school?

That's a lot of wishful thinking. One step at a time buddy. One step at a time.

Well you need to be kidnapped by terrorists, then engineer an armor suit in a crazy terrorist cave and escape with it. PM me once you've finished those steps and I'll tell you how to proceed.

I literally laughed out loud when it was just suggested that Tony Stark was based off of Elon Musk.

You realize Tony Stark was debuted in 1963, 8 years before Musk was even born, right?

You need reality check. Story is based on fiction comic book.

The fact that you posted this question on an internet forum pretty much sums up your chances ;)

Robert Downey Jr. said the Tony Stark in the movies was heavily based off Elon Musk.
(On a side note we should meet up sometime. I'm in undergrad at A & M in aero .)

Anybody that rich got really lucky at some point in life.

I guess he did get lucky. He started 2 internet companies paypal and zip2 (We all know how many of those busted) and made millions off them before going into space exploration.
    He is still my hero.
