Common Application Transfer Essay!!!!

"Please provide a statement (250 words minimum) that addresses your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve.
Note: The Common Application essay should be the same for all colleges. Members that wish to review custom essay responses will request them on their Supplement form."

I will be applying for only one school for transferring out this fall, so is it OK for me to ignore the note and talk about its clubs/classes/uniqueness of the school in specific for this transfer essay? Or just be general and talk about my wishes and stuff like that?
hMmm... What should I be writing in this essay?!

Experts, future transfer applicants help me out!!!!

where to transfer in New england?

I go to Tulane and I like it but I'm from New England and I miss the North. I also think I want to major in communications so I want a school that's strong in that. My high school stats:
GPA: 3.85 w
I only took one ap test (english) and got a 5 but had a's in my two other aps
rank 6 out of 440
did crew for four years president of NHS lots of other ec's and volunteer
I will probably end up with a 3.9 my first semester I doubt I'll get anything lower than an a minus. I would probably like a smaller school but the major isnt that important as I am still undecided. I would also hope to get some aid as I am on a big scholarship here. Any good northern schools to tranfer to?

I'm a freshman at a comparable LAC in the Northeast, and I'm looking to transfer to either Bard, Wesleyan, Oberlin, or Sarah Lawrence next year. Are there any transfer students at any of these schools who could share their experiences/advice? Thanks!

Planning to Transfer to WSU

So im a current CC student, who did somehwat poor in hs (2.2 gpa)
making it up in CC, trying to apply as a freshmen go to WSU for 1-2 semesters
then transfer out to a Tier 1 school.

since WSU looks deeper into students essays/recs/EC's rather than grades i think i have a shot.

Does it look bad on a Academic transcript to show, CC, State School. Tier 1 school (if i get in)

?

Just wondering, if not i will stay all the time in CC and Hopefully finish it here

Almost the end of the semester. Will I get into any of these schools?

And I've concluded that if I will probably end up with these grades
Music Appreciation: A
College Math I: A
Intro to Shakespeare: A
General Chemistry I: B+
Western Civilization: B+ or A (this isn't clearcut just yet)

I have become very involved at my community college, I joined the school newspaper, the sociology club and psychology club and I'm also working a job that requires me to work 32-34 hours every week. But considering I'm getting these grades at a CC and I'm applying to particularly selective schools, which schools do you think will accept me if I end the semester with these grades? I should point out that my in-major GPA (English) is about a 3.9

As I have mentioned before I'm an URM applicant of Puerto Rican and Cuban descent and I attended a tier 1 liberal arts college last year, from which I've attained my two professor recommendations and I had a 3.6 GPA there taking courses across the liberal arts curriculum. but I was unable to return to my school because the financial aid package I received wasn't large enough for me to pay tuition costs. I was willing to commute four hours to and from my school but I come from a disadvantaged household with a low family income.

Schools I have applied to/plan on applying to: Penn, Northwestern, Stanford, Duke, Rice, Notre Dame, Georgetown, Cornell, Columbia, Brown, Tulane and Boston College.

I'm positive I won't get into most of the schools, the ones I'm really curious about are Northwestern, Notre Dame, Georgetown and Boston College
