(PLEASE HELP) a question about sending proof of citizenship to UCs

I checked on multiple UCs accounts and they do not have specifications besides sending a copy of my naturalization form.

Do I only put the naturalization form in the envelope and send it? is that it?

They will also likely want copy (front&back) of your social security card.

Call them and ask. They might want different things. Or a PDF or jpeg attached to an email may be good enough.
