unofficial transcripts

I have my unofficial transcripts. I want to transfer to another school, but i have a account balance i owe. If the school accept can i get well i get loans, pell grants, student loans and etc..?? I know people gonna say get a job, i know i know. my community college want release my official transcripts til i pay off my balance. I heard some schools accept for a semster or so......

All you can do is ask if the school will accept unofficial transcripts. My guess is no. This is the second or third thread you've posted trying to figure out how to work around your account balance...why don't you contact the school where you have the balance and work out some payment terms, start the repayment process then talk to your NEW school about your circumstances. At that point you can honestly say to the new school that you've worked out repayment terms and your balance will be paid off by such and such a date. If any of what you owe at the old school is tied to federal money you may have a problem securing new federal money. It feels like, from your posts, you are spending more time trying to figure out how to work around your debt and it might be energy better put toward working something out with the old school.
