Northwestern University Scholarship question?

I'm heavily interested in going to northwestern, but there's no way in hell I'd every be able to afford it. Then looking at their scholarships, I noticed this one that offered over 40,000 annually to some.

I was wondering if any person here has gotten this, mostly a significant amount, and what the process was. My family does have the lower income bracket, so I was wondering if anyone could take a wild guess at how much I might get.

Basic info:

ACT: 32
Family income: ~24,000 before taxes

Thanks

Northwestern claims to meet full need for admitted students, so you should get a significant need-based grant and other aid if admitted.

Use the Net Price Calculator on their website to get an estimate of the amount for your exact situation.
