I would like to know if there are any chances of getting at least a half scholarship on an IB league or high rank university in the North East United States. Im Colombian .. I won two presidential awards and I have a 9.6 GPA (over 10. ) I'm involved in two government groups and in artistic activities such as plays and musicals. What are my chances of getting in with some of help??

do you guys know of any outside scholarships that are open to international students? I live in the US but since I don't have permeant residency, I can't fill out the federal aid forms, which is required for most scholarships

Hi,
I've just been accepted to Lafayette college under the ED program. They've not told me how much aid I'm gonna receive. However, they've told me that they're commited to meet my need. Can I trust them? Is it OK if I don't apply to other colleges and sit back and start njoyin my senior year?

there are some school quite little late in giving financial aid decision to applied student for some reasons:
They are very competitive one and they need more time to have deep consideration before allocating the money.
They only consider financial aid at a particular time after looking at the application.
They probably have a low endowment!

can international students also use the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE from collegeboard? I don't get how everything works...do you also need to fill out the international student financial form thing from collegeboard as well, or is that the only thing you need to do??

Normally schools that provide financial aid to international students will ask for the following: International Student Financial Aid Application and International Financial Aid Certification.
