Is a sibling in grad school considered a student for your UG student?

After reading some of the threads today, I contacted a couple of UC schools and was told that they are willing to consider the graduate student in college for FAFSA purposes. This seems to be a school by school finding, therefore, any of you in this situation ought to check with your school.

Hmm...I believe it IS a school by school decision. I thought the FAFSA did NOT consider graduate school siblings, but the Profile did. I'm really not sure. For my kiddo, I know that her college will NOT consider her brother if he is in grad school...oh well...double the EFC for her next year.
