Missing school's FAFSA "Priority" Deadline?

Okay, so one of D's schools had an earlier deadline than the others on her list (February 15th, others were March 1st). We submitted the FAFSA to all her schools on February 28th and this was just discovered yesterday. The school does not notify of FA until end of March.

Is she/are we SOL? Should she call the school? Anyone had this happen and STILL get some decent FA? I realize that all schools are different, but in general, is there hope?

Usually the deadlines are for priority funding, meaning that they have more options on where to find money. I do not beleive it will be an issue for Federal Aid, but the problem may be in grants specifically of the school. As usual, call the FA office and find out your options. It doesn't hurt to ask and, in my experience, FA people so far have been very helpful.
