My D will be a sophomore in the fall at a transfer school and I am just now getting started on financial aid (problems getting tax forms from companies I work for.)
I have no idea what our CSS passwords, etc were last year. Do we start off new every year with new PINS, etc? Not really sure how to get started here...thanks!
