No-Loan University List

I'm trying to find a list of all the schools that don't offer loans as part of their financial aid package, like what they're trying to do in the Ivy League.
Does anyone know the website for it? I've tried on Google and so far no good.

Bowdoin and Williams no longer give loans... Amherst too I believe.
