When did you submit it? It usually takes around 2 weeks for schools to receive the info. Go to the FAFSA website and check the status: FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid Confirm that you entered your ssn correctly and that you submitted the 0910 app. as opposed to just updating the 0809 one.

When did you submit it. Schools download the FAFSA periodically by their own schedules. It took 3 weeks for my daughter's to appear on her school system.

You'll probably need to show your ssn card to a UC to correct it in their system. That is most likely the problem. As long as you take care of it before they award FAFSA-based aid, it shouldn't hurt you.

I would definitely contact them if you are concerned.

I'm sure the SSN issue is the problem, and you should be able to correct it. Contact them Monday morning to find out what hoops you'll have to jump through. I'm sure you're not the first person this has happened to.
