NOVA Challenge Business Contest

Hi, I was informed that the NOVA Challenge Business Contest has just started in 2009 a few days ago. I remember when it was up in 2005 and I didn't win it.

Who else is applying for it? Does anybody have any experience with the events, how to write it, tips etc?

Here is the link for the events: NOVA CHALLENGE- Business Contest, Awards, and Prizes for High School Students

I'm going to apply for it.
I'd recommend Nova Challenge to anyone who feels an interest in business.
It's pretty easy since it's relatively obscure and not many people apply. Any qualified person could easily place. My freinds placed in their freshmen year.

I am very interested in applying. However, it seems very vague. Are we just supposed to write a business plan for anything? Do we have to invent something new, or can we simply open a store like The Blue Citrus (which won in 2005)?
Also, after looking at the website, are there any real rules? Are there any requirements (besides a "C" average)? Can we enter more than one prompt?
Thanks!

Umm, judging by the site:

1) for business plan you can do anything...
2) there aren't any requirements (look at the prompts by clicking the event links)
3) Yea you can do as many prompts as you like.

Maybe you didn't click the link? novachallenge -> nova contest, look under prompts, click link in event name

My Friends did the Nova Challenge in 05 and according to them it's really easy because it doesn't have too many requirements. I think you can submit as many ideas as you want and they don't necessarily have to be new inventions. I'd say go for business plan, but they have like 10 other events too. I'm sure you could probably submit an application to all of them! More chance of awards!

Ya Nova Challenge website is really well organized. It makes you want to apply to their contest. I'm going to try for the enterprise leadership event since it sounds really cool. What about you guys?
