How about University of Alabama?

Based on your scores alone, you would get free tuition at UA and then you could try for the full rides that include a computer and room and board (40 given).

Must have your application in by 12/1 (that was the date last year)

PM me if you would like more information.

you should look at some schools with no loan financial policies. Off hand I know stanford, vanderbilt, and almost all of the ivies have it. You will get a free ride or close to one just from financial aid at those schools, you might have to do a bit of work study, but you won't have to take out any loans and the parental contribution would be very small or nonexistent. This site talks about schools with no loan financial aid policies: FinAid | Answering Your Questions | No Loans for Low Income Students

Some of them are only no loan if you are below a certain income level. But it looks like you would be anyway. You should be in great shape to get a full ride or close to one from of these schools just in financial aid.

I also agree with the QuestBridge suggestion -- I was a Finalist with fewer qualifications than you. The program really broadened my view of college prospects. There are tons of great schools in the North East. What kind of school are you looking for?

A lot of privates like Harvard, Davidson in NC, and others will cover all costs after your family EFC. If your family income is truly only $20,000 then you could have a free ride to Harvard. Apparently a family income of 60,000 or less gives you a free ride if accepted and you have an impressive list of accomplishments. Are you up for National Merit? If so that will get you a lot. Also a number of private schools will give you a lot of money with your scores like Auburn and Univ. of Alabama. Do not shy away from the Ivies, as they have a lot of need based scholarship funds for academically talented students like yourself.

Remember that even at the top 100% need, no loans schools, you'll be required to make about $2500 per year in a "student contribution from summer earnings" and a $2500 per year contribution from work study. If either one of these has to be loans, you're not really graduating for "debt free". However, $10,000 indebtedness is absolutely to die for for a school of any caliber, much less incredibly expensive schools.
