scholarships4moms.net is not a scam!
I know someone who won the scholarship. I started a facebook group for past winners and several other winners that joined.

The site may be kinda spammy, but they DO give out the scholarship.

Below is my facebook group, you'll see some of the "past winners" listed on their site have joined.
