| Smart grant-4th year technicality?
I quit school 9 years ago, leaving with about 107 hours. Not going to finish in what I was majoring in then.
Now, it is my understanding that SMART is only for 3rd and 4th year students...My university will define ANYONE with 90+ hours as a 4th year undergraduate, until such time as they graduate(or that's what the catalog shows).
Therefore, if I choose a SMART eligible major, should I be considered 4th year by the grant program and thus able to get a single year's worth of SMART?
