Since there won't be anyone in the office over the weekend to ask, you have two options:
Send in everything you possibly can that will complete your financial aid application by the deadline. Your parents can submit their CSS Profile information online. It there's something that absolutely cannot get in by the deadline, then call the FA office on Monday and explain the situation. They'll tell you whether that's a deal-breaker or not. My guess is that if nearly everything is in, but there's this or that little piece missing, that's a different question than "I haven't submitted anything because I didn't know what would happen if any part of it was late. Can I go ahead and sumbit it all now, after the deadline?"
It's unlikely anyone here is going to be able to give you a definitive answer. You need to make the decision whether to muscle through and get it done today and tomorrow the best you possibly can... or whether to skip it. Yale does say on its website that financial aid applications need to be in on Nov. 1 for Early Action.
