IF the OP is an international living in a country outside of the US (Do you live outside the US?)...
The best you can get is some/all reduction in non-resident fees - depending on what your actual scores will be. IF you're able to get all of the non-resident portion of tuition covered, then your COA will be about $12,000 per year.

Non-resident fee waivers can be granted to new incoming undergraduate students from countries outside the U.S. who are admitted to UL Lafayette if they meet the following criteria:
Group 1 - Fleur-de-Lis International Scholarship
Full non-resident fee exemption. (The value of this scholarship is approximately $3,090 each semester for up to 8 semesters.)
First-Time Freshman (under 12 credits of college level coursework):
First-time freshmen must meet all of the criteria listed below:
(1) Must complete a recognized secondary program comparable to U.S. high school graduation
(2) Must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the paper-based test, 213 on the computer-based test (CBT), or 79 on the internet-based test (IBT)
(3) Must have an ACT composite of 25 or SAT 1130 or better, and
(4) Must be admitted to the university.
If you are a first-time freshman, please include with your application:
(1) a current high school transcript
(2) a copy of your ACT/SAT and TOEFL scores

(4) Must be admitted to the university.
