Bright Futures requriment

i have a question about bright futures i know for the ACT you need a 19 in the math subscore. i got a 17. But the overall score has to be a 20 and i scored a 23 so do i still need to have that 19 subscore in order to get the 75% BF?

As long as your composite score was at least 20, you meet the ACT requirement for the Florida Medallion Scholars award (75% but going down next year).
