Combined Sections?

Does anyone who registered/current student know what it means when new sections are added? I have one of the later orientation dates, and an specific timed class I want is full, however new sections have been added to that class. Does that mean new seats were opened?

    Yes, sort of.

Sections in larger classes (such as intro bio/chem) dictate which recitation time period you have each week. It helps split up the large lecture classes. New sections typically get added to the larger classes throughout the summer as other sections get full so that students that are coming into FSU can actually register for classes they need to take at Orientation.
