That's right! UF is hands down the better research institution because of Gatorade and all the other inventions, research and incubated company spin-offs. Last time I checked UF was ranked in the top 20 nationally in total research and development. Where is FSU ranked?

Btw, UF already started breaking ground on a new $61M research facility at Lake Nona. Do you know if FSU is doing anything something similar at Lake Nona??

It's amazing that something supposed to have been invented in a urologist's lab (Dr. Cade's), that looks and tastes like it came from a urologist's lab (the original lemon-lime "warm" Gatorade), could be such a commercial success. UF has received over $150million in royalties for Gatorade over the years .

p2n, the claim (during last year's UF/FSU game) that FSU came out with the Gatorade formula first was retracted the next day by the same TV network. There is nothing really to discuss

The real question is: is it possible that we can prolong Bowden's head coaching career at FSU if we feed him more Gatorade!
