| Percentage of Ethnicity required for Gates Millennium Scholarship?
Is the GMS ethnicity requirement 100% of one of the ethnicities African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, and Hispanic American or can it be part? Is this Gates Millennium requirement based on identity or bloodline? What if an applicant is 1/2 or 1/4 of one of these? I am wondering as there may be people interested in the scholarship who may be a mix of one or more of these ethnicities.
