I am also a finalist, from S.C. - I have a question concerning my SAR.
For some reason, my SAR says that the department of immigration didn't have enough information to prove that I am a US resident. What do I do???????? I am FREAKING OUT! Can I still send my SAR? Would Gates Millennium people see this? Please help me!
whoaa notifications come out already???! I was planning to call GMS about when notifications would come out. From what I have observed in previous GMS posts here on CC, e-mails come out in batches in terms of race/groups? Assuming that you are Asian/Korean, does that mean the Asian batch of notifications come out first/now?

Just got the notification in the mail. A GMS Scholar! I really wasn't expecting anything though, I already got another scholarship from JPM just last week so I was still celebrating that... i guess its time for another round of partying then!
Hi guys! I'm AN African-American male from atlanta I also received the GMS scholar award and i received my letter monday. I have friends still anxiously awaiting a decision and I waS WONDERING IF anyone here happens to be a scholar and their fafsa was being verified or their pell grant elgibility was lower than $3000, but still received it...........if so that would really give my friend a lil hope
