Georgetown vs. Northwestern vs LSE (UK)

I am an international student from singapore choosing between the SFS at georgetown and econs/International studies at Northwestern and Econ/Government at LSE...

I don't know what i want to do after uni, but i want to keep option of LAW and I-Banking open, i want classes which have loadsa discussion and debate and also school spirit (kinda ignoring LSE on this point), and a healthy student social life (no socialising in the library :P)

any info/ advice would be helpful!

Go to Georgetown and then do your Junior year abroad at LSE.
