If I send an extra teacher rec., do I just send the teacher's letter or do I print ou

t another teacher evalutation sheet from Georgetown.edu and then give that to my teacher (who is writing the extra rec)? Does she then fill it out and attach the letter to it and mail it out?

Thanks for the info.

P.S.: I am sending a resume and some other supplements. What is the worst that happens if I send maybe a little too much? Am I disqualified from admission or something?

Or is the worst case scenario that the ad. comm don't look at the extra stuff?
