to those who are worried because they haven't heard about their interviews after submitting part 1--I was too. I submitted mine and didn't hear back until a month later. Don't worry, an email will eventually come. I'm sure it's rare for the type of glitch to occur where they would lost your submission.

I was wondering, do we have to do the interview before Nov 1st for EA? I hope not, because I submitted my part 1 a long long time ago and JUST got the email a week ago. I contacted my interviewer through email, and he replied back asking if this Saturday was okay. I emailed back straight away and asked where and stuff. He still hasn't gotten back to me and I'm afraid I can't make it before Nov 1st. Is that a problem?

oceanangel, I heard Nov. 20 is the date when alumni interviews should be completed, at least for early decision candidates at Georgetown.

I sent my Part I around October 15, and I had my interview yesterday. The interviewer was really nice, and turns out he knew my mom! They're both bankers and they're going to the same conference in Hong Kong this week. How coincidental.

Last year, my daughter mailed her resume to the interviewer because there was about a two-week gap between appointment set-up and interview. The interviewer thanked her for sending it and had it highlighted to ask her questions when she came in. They talked mostly about her travels and her dad being in the military. She told him a story about my husband being ordered to ask me out and made him laugh. It was not too stressful.

Really? strange. I'm applying Regular Decision and as I mentioned earlier, already had my interview.

If you already submitted your application, why didn't you do EA vs. Regular Decision?
Just curious...or do you still need to do SAT, etc.
