Could somebody chance me?

SFS, Early Action

White male, public school of decent reputation, but not many who apply to Georgetown, located in the midwest

ACT: 33 (35 reading, 32 English, 30 math, 34 science, 10 writing)
SAT II's: US history 800, Spanish 740, Literature 750

GPA 3.7 u/w, 5.7 weighted
Class rank: 20 out of roughly 600.

AP's: Human Geography (5)
European History (5)
Psychology (5)
American History (5)
Calculus AB (5)
Physics B (did not take exam)
English Literature
English Language
Spanish Language
Biology
Statistics

Everything else is honors wherever possible.

Extracirriculars:
Policy debate (4 years, 2 as captain)
Model UN (4 years)
Tennis (4 years, 2 on varsity)
Radio (1 year as panalist on weekly show)
People to People International
Psycology Quiz Bowl team (regional champions)
AP mentoring (helping freshmen with AP courseloads, 1 year)

Work:
4 years as a youth soccer referee, employed by the local park district

Awards and such:
AP scholar with distinction
National Merit commended
National Spanish exam silver level

Thanks in advance.

Also a random question. I know Georgetown doesn't require SAT II's for EA admissions, but I just sent mine in anyway (from the October test date) because I think they are really good. Will they be evaluated at all?

I think you have a pretty good chance, especially since you're from the Midwest. Good luck!
