Application Status: Closed App; Incomplete
Yesterday, my Georgia Tech application status changed to "Closed App; Incomplete". Does that mean an admission or a rejection? Any ideas? (international applicant)

That means there was something missing in your file and thereby they closed your app without giving out any decision....In short you didn't get in
