Honors Housing at Gettysburg College

Gettysburg College has Honors Housing at 215 North Washington Street, and in Hutchison House, which I believe is also on North Washington. They offer 24-hour quiet hours. Does anyone know anything about these houses? Is one preferable to the other? What are the conditions of the buildings? Are there any downsides to the Honors Housing?
