Deferring admission to graduate school?

I am going to get two different Master's, one in Creative Writing and one in Nonprofit Management. I am currently living in San Francisco, CA and am applying to USF for their MFA in Writing. But I want to go to Northeastern University in Boston, MA for their nonprofit program. I want to apply to both. Does anyone know if I get into both I can defer my enrollment at Northeastern for two and a half years while I finish my program or if I would have to reapply? If I get into USF it makes sense to just stay in the city.
Thanks.
