Question about MS

Hey guys!

I just graduated from UCSD as a Chemical Engineering major with a 3.2 GPA (3.3 Upper Div GPA if that even matters). I don't really have much research experience. I did do a few months of volunteer research at a bio fuels lab in school but that's about it. I recently got a job at an oilfield service company and am now focused on that. I am wondering what my chances are of getting into a good MS program (like top 20 or top 10) for engineering later on down the road. What would I need to work on in order to have a chance? Thanks! (Also, for the super knowledgeable: MBA vs MS vs MS + MBA)

Thanks again!

EDIT: I guess why I want an MS and/or MBA is because I want to be able to advance positions in any tech company I like working for or even start my own / consulting.
