In State Tuition for Grad School- UT ?

I searched the forum and found some info. on in stat tuition threads, but didn't seem to find any in the Grad School forum.

Daughter was accepted into a UT grad school.
We moved here, (to Texas), a couple of years ago,
but she remained in another state attending college.

She just turned 26. So my question is:

Can she get in state tuition based on our in state status?
We have 2 other children attending Texas high schools for the past 2 years.

Or, if not,

can she get in state tuition after the 1st year of grad. school?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
