Is it possible? It's in the realm of possibilities. But nobody can "chance" you for graduate programs, much less with only a GPA and a list of schools. There are many other important factors that go into graduate admissions, including GRE scores, work experience, research exposure and academic recommendations.

You need to talk to your professors about your graduate school interests - they are likely to have the best understanding of your opportunities.
