What are my chances to get into these public policy schools?

GRE
Verbal: 164
Quant: 159
Writing: 5.5

GPA:
3.8/4.0 overall
3.98/4.0 in major

Undergrad major: Political Science at a top 10 public university

Relevant coursework: 3 semesters of economics, 2 semesters of calculus, 2 semesters of statistics (including a multivariate regression course)

Experience:
Both state and federal legislative internships. Research assistant position at a think tank where I coauthored a published study. Otherwise applying straight out of undergrad.

Recommendations:
2 professors and 1 legislator

Schools (all of these are 2 year MPP programs):
Wisconsin, Berkeley, Chicago, Georgetown, Texas, Harvard

What are many chances to get into these programs?

Nobody can chance you for graduate school because "chances" are hot buttered nonsense. Your stats look fine, it's just going to come down to what the application pool looks like. I suspect you'd get in somewhere.
