I am thinking about applying for masters degree in TU Berlin, Global Production Engineering, I need to know how good this program and this university is
TU Berlin is indeed very good university. But on relative scale, TU berlin is not better than at least best 15 US universities, and ~ 5 European universities.
But still pretty good. Plus I personally like Berlin, would love to go there if given opportunity.
I am sure how well it ranks in Gloabl Production , but in Computer Science, yes it is really good place.
