LORs from 2 Professor and 1 Intern

I am applying to Masters in Electrical Engineering for Fall 2013.
My Letters of Rec are from:

1. Professor (Course Instructor who knows me extremely well)
2. Professor (Who I worked research with)
3. Supervisor from my Internship (He has Ph.D in EE and used to be a Professor long time ago)

The schools already requested LORs from them.

I just want to know your thoughts about my selections.

Thanks!

I think that's fine, especially because your internship supervisor has a PhD in your intended field and used to be an academic himself.

For LORs, are we expected to ask the professors in person? I'm having trouble meeting professors in person, mainly because of classes and meetings during the day, and so I'm tempted to e-mail them asking for LORs.
