Are any of these schools too much of a reach?
Major: EE
GPA: 3.67
Research: 4 semesters (in physics, no publications)
GRE: 164Q(790)/163V(650)/Don't know yet (just took it today)
Hopefully Decent LORs and SOP

UC Davis
UC Irvine
University of Colorado, Boulder
ASU
UT Austin
Texas A&M

I say UCLA seems like a reach, considering you have no publications. UCLA is a very research focused institution
