What do I list as "GPA" if I've attended multiple schools?
Should I average my GPA out among all the schools? (in which case credit-equivalencies become an issue?) Do some PhD programs not have forms for listing your GPA among all the schools you attended?

Some schools will want your major and overall GPAs per school, some will want it listed overall.
Just combine them.
