Am I Competitive for Top 20 MPP schools?

What are my chances of going to a top MPP school such as Harris, Kennedy, or Heinz?

My stats are as follows:
3.69/4.0 GPA 3.78 Major GPA
Excellent Recommendations
Strong SOP
GRE AW 6.0 161v/147q

1 year work experience including a highly prestigious fellowship.
Research experience ( although in an unrelated field)
Fairly strong ECs

Worried about the low Quantitative score. Don't test well. However, I have mostly A grades in Math and Econ courses.

You know it. I think your application is strong except for the GRE Q. For programs that do quantitative analysis (and more programs do), you might need a higher GRE Q. But here is help: sign up with magoosh.com. They are amazing. They helped me a lot! You can definitely improve your score.
