Is V:149 and Q:159 good enough?

Hey guys.

I just took GRE and got V:149 and Q:159. I'm applying to following college for Phd Program
in Electrical Engineering. My basic profile is listed below.
Do you see any chances of getting accepted? BTW MIT doesn't require GRE score.

MIT
Princeton
Columbia
University of Maryland

CGPA : 3.8
I did little bad the first year of my college, specially in English(international student). But then I transferred to a new university and my GPA from the new university is 3.94(94 credits).

Other factors like letter of recommendation, statement of purpose and resume looks good to me.

Thanks for replying.
