Respectable Environmental Earth Science Ph D Programs

Does anyone know of/can anyone direct me to a list of some respectable Environmental Earth Science Ph D Programs, east coast or west? Something someone with a 3.5-3.7 GPA and summer research from a top 20 liberal arts school would stand a decent chance at getting into.

Well, even regardless of the GPA, etc., what are some respectable Environmental Earth Science Ph D Programs?

Thanks!

=)

I've heard that Columbia is the best when it comes to Environmental Science/Environmentally based geology.

Duke is also great for the Environmental swing to their Earth Science department.

There are many, many others...those are the first two that popped into my head.
