all accepts came on 19,21 and 28
out of which 21 and 28 were friday's
so mostly we will get admit in last two weeks of march or even tommorow with small probability

This is killing me!!!!!! I want to know now. I had a interview a month ago today. I keep going over all the q&a. Some days I feel like I got it and other days I think no way. I guess we will find out in a week or two.

I would expect more reply in the next couple of days. did MIT send offer letter in express mail and reject letter in normal mail? that is why there is time difference in delivery?

i asked a MIT Media lab student about how admits are sent. He told me that those who are accepted are notified by E mail as well as normal mail. I guess that those who are rejected will be notified by postal mail.

People have got E mail rejects also, I have a friend who apped last year and got email reject
... AAAh no one for admits yettt !!!!!

hey all...just wanted to let you know I am in the same boat at you guys...awaiting the Media Decisions...I applied to Affective Computing, the one with Roy, and the one with Herr......

Anyway, I called the admissions office yesterday and they said decisions are coming out within the last 2 weeks of March...ugh..more waiting...

and I think it is good to contact the professors, at least the ones I emailed were extremely friendly and wrote lengthy responses back about the labs, first year courses, ect...

Although it's a bit late for this cycle, I would echo the thoughts about contacting professors directly. One professor even arranged an interview for me, although I'm not sure what good it will do!
