How is my chance of Grinnell

Hi, I'm a international student. I wonder if I have chance to be admitted by Grinnell.

without your SATs scores and grades/GPA , it really is impossible to evaluate your stats.

Umm...

I ranked 12 out of 530 and study in my high school, one of the best in the city and country.
I didn't take the SATs as it is unavailable in my country(mainland China).
The admission page of Grinnell said it waives SAT for mainlanders.
