I'm really not athletic. I don't like sports. What are Hamilton kids like? Athletic? Do they get involved with the arts? I know that there's no typical student but if you HAD to describe one what would it be? Thanks!

There are two kinds of typical Hamilton students, although in reality, there isn't a single one. So type a is the athlete who joins frats/sororities but at the same time takes his or her studies seriously. Type b is the artsy type who joins other clubs and also takes their studies seriously. 30%of Hamilton students are in varsity sports, and 60% are in some sport. Which means that almost every second kid on campus doesn't do any sports. There are so many other things to do on campus that there is really no pressure at all to do sports.

tons of us do intramural sports, but I wouldn't say everyone is sporty. Overall, most people like to be active, so people run and go to the gym, which gets others who normally wouldn't to do the same. I know a lot of people who are into the arts as well. A lot of the IM sports are really laid back and fun, and people just do it to mess around.
