College list (probable) Grinnell, Hamilton, Berea, Trinity, Carleton. (Am I aiming too high? I got waitlisted and then rejected from Carleton, Trinity, Colby and Middlebury last year).

I am from Bangladesh, and I need a hefty amount of scholarship to afford any uni. I cannot contribute more than 3000 per year so you have the idea. (Kindly also suggest universities/colleges which provide a lot of aid to international students). I'm still pretty naive abt my relative standing, so please advise me abt my chances
