Best way to get to Hamilton from Syracuse airport?
What is the best and cheapest way to get to the campus from the airport? I have heard there are shuttles before and after breaks, but what about next Saturday morning?
if you can, rent a car. there are taxi services that take kids to Colgate, I assume the same ones go to Hamilton. One was $75 each way and one is $45. I'm sure there's a way to check or call the school and ask which one is better.
There are a few cab companies and private cars that go from Syracuse to Clinton, but expect to pay $75+ each way. Renting a car might be your easiest and best option.
As far as shuttles for students; Hamilton uses their student driven Jitney for the airport run and usual they will only have one or two trips before and after the holidays. Figure it will not be at the time your child's plane is!!
