what are my chances?

Dear CC posters,
I am wondering if I will meet Harvard's standards as a transfer applicant. My high school stats were sub-par, however, my college GPA shows a real turning point in my life. Here are my stats:

Sat scores: 700 Verb
720 Math
610 Writing

HS GPA: 3.6ish

College Sophomore GPA: 3.91-92

EC's: chamber singer, secondary school tutor, Parkinson's Disease research assistant, lots of involvement with on and off-campus religious groups

I believe my main reason for transferring is good ( my major is not offered at my current institution). I have asked others, but they say I am not a competitive applicant. I would like a second opinion...

Thank you,
GH
