What about international students

Hi,
I am sophomore in my country, and my GPA for these two years is 9.8 (I don't know how to convert it to American GPA scale , probably would be 3.9 or 4.0??,any idea?) and I want to ask you what are my chances for admission to Harvard.

I have many extra-curricular activities, like:
working with NGO's,
working experience (nothing special though, since my 17, I have worked few summers in a cafe, boutique, hostess at annual fairs etc).
Furthermore I got a soros scholarship for studying one non-degree year (2008/09) in US state university (I hope this also play role when applying to Harvard)
I did karate for 5 years (unfortunately not any more( )
I love writing, so I have written one book but for my own pleasure, nothing published yet.
I also love acting so I have participated in one amateur movie (we made in school) and one theater play.

I may have forgotten to mention something, but in general this is it. And what I want to know is if this is enough to get admission to Harvard University for my graduate studies. What is the percentage of international applicants admitted each year to Harvard. What are my chances, are they considering applications from all over the world, or there are countries which are excluded (the country I am talking about is Macedonia ) ). And one last question - is Harvard providing full scholarships for some students or not? ?

Whatever information you have would be of help, so don't hesitate to write me....and THANKS ))

This subforum is for those graduating from college in 2010. You'll get more responses if you post your question in the main Harvard forum.
