what are my chances?

I was wondering if someone would please tell me where I stand and what I need to improve on. I will be a senior in high school next year.

SAT I: 2220 (800 math, 710 CR, 700 writing)
SAT II: 800 math, 710 chemistry, 720 US history

ACT: 36

AP classes taken:
American Govt (A in class, 4 on test)
APUSH (A in class, 4 on test)
Physics (A in class, 4 on test)
BC Calc (A in class, 5 on test)
AP Lang (A in class, 5 on test)
AP Chem (B in class, 5 on test)

Weighted GPA: 4.6
Unweighted GPA:3.93

extracuriculars:
Math team (various awards in regional and state levels; 2nd place individual in state during sophomore year)
Scholastic Bowl
Student Organization for Animal Rights (which I founded and now am the president of)
National Honors Society
Key Club
Indian classical dancing (8 years--getting a degree in this type of dance sometime in the next year)
piano and flute ( 9 years)

Volunteer work:
Over 250 hours at our local hospital
Various activities through Key Club and NHS

Work Experience:
Cancer Research during the summer after my Junior Year

I am most worried about my SAT 2 scores...should I take the chem and us history again (I know that they average the scores, so I would need to do really well on both to make a major difference.)

Thanks.

But isn't it better to show that you are committed to and have put a lot of effort into the ecs you are doing instead of just trying to do a couple years of everything (jack of all trades type situation...)?

Yeah, Maybe I should have clarified. What I meant to say was add to the things you liked, for instance you don't have to join a whole new club just for say do hold an event for animals where you raise money or such or, not sure if you have but enter competitions for flute and such? Get what I'm saying? By the way, what schools? I presume HYPSM or something like that?
